jk55 reserves the right to lock an Account where it suspects unauthorised access, identity fraud, or suspicious login activity, and to require re-verification before restoring access. This is a protective measure for your benefit and does not constitute a breach of these Terms by jk55.
jk55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-native and international payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. jk55 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. For USDT TRC20 deposits, conversion to PKR is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction confirmation. jk55 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting USDT transactions.
jk55 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; Bonus Funds that expire before requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation. Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. jk55 reserves the right to void any Wager where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the odds or game outcome was affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or any event that rendered the market price materially incorrect. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Real Money Balance.
jk55 operates a minimum and maximum stake policy across all markets. These limits are published within the relevant market and may differ between sports, events, and player account tiers. jk55 reserves the right to adjust individual account betting limits where it reasonably determines that a Player's betting patterns represent an unusual risk to the platform.
For cricket and PSL markets, settlement is based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, reduced-over formats, or disputed results, jk55's specific cricket betting rules as published on the platform will govern settlement, and jk55's decision will be final subject to the dispute process in Section 14.

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. jk55 will use reasonable efforts to restore services promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by jk55's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
jk55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jk55 will provide notice to registered Players via email or a prominent Platform notification with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
